Additional Session Options

For Standard Photography Sessions ie. General Portraiture

Thirty (30) or less additional minutes: $ 50.00 + tax
One (1) additional hour: $ 100.00 + tax
One (1) additional location: $ 25.00 + tax
One (1) additional edited high resolution digital image: $ 50.00 + tax
Mileage: $ 0.56/mi (each way)
One (1) additional person (up to 10 people total allowed): $ 20.00
Re-open an expired gallery: $ 25.00
One (1) DVD (within 30 days of gallery delivery): $ 30.00 + tax
One (1) additional DVD (more than 30 days but less than 6 months from day of delivery): $ 15.00 + a convenience charge of $ 30.00 + tax to retrieve your images from my archives.

If you want to have a session with more than 10 family members, or are looking to do an extended family session please contact me through my contact tab for a quote.

When figuring out what it would cost for me to travel outside of the Lawton/Fort Sill area to you or a location of your choice, add $ 30.00/an hour in driving time each direction to the cost of mileage. All sessions come with a print release for personal use. For a copyright release to do with the image as you would like (ie. marketing, contests, etc), see below.

One (1) digital image with copyright release: $ 250.00 + tax
DVD or private gallery of 20 digital images with copyright release: $ 3,000.00 + tax

The difference between a copyright release and print release is this; a copyright release does that exactly. It releases the copyright (ownership rights) from the Photographer to the Client. At the moment of transfer, the copyright no longer belongs to the Photographer, he/she no longer owns the photograph. In this case, the Photographer can never use the photographs for their portfolio, print samples, website, marketing, etc. without express written consent from the owner, which would be you as the Client.
A print release allows you to print exclusively for personal use only at home for family and friends while still preserving the ownership rights of the Photographer.

If you would like your full resolution digital NEGATIVES, ie. 100% unedited straight out of the camera images, see below. This applies to general portraiture and senior portraiture ONLY. This comes with a copyright release and the Photographer will no longer own or be responsible for archiving your images.

All digital negatives (from one session): $ 15,000.00
